What Is Our Return Policy? 

Our company operates with a strict no-return policy. Once a product is purchased, we are unable to accept returns. This policy ensures the highest level of quality control and product integrity for all our customers. If you have any concerns about a specific order or product, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team, who will be happy to assist you with any inquiries or issues.

Dispatch Periods and Delivery Times 

We usually aim to dispatch orders between 24-48 working hours of the order being placed, this obviously depending on our stock. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders that are placed on a weekend will not be dispatched until Monday at the earliest. Please only contact us if your order has not been dispatched within 5 working days of you placing the order. 

Spanish Delivery

We offer the option of UPS Shipping throughout Spain

Standard Delivery - The most economical way to send your parcel is by selecting standard delivery, which takes between 1-2 business days depending on the postal code. The shipment prices are included within the cost of the product bought.

The shipment cost within Spain are estimated to be €5,03 VAT incl.

Entrega estándar: la forma más económica de enviar su paquete es seleccionando la entrega estándar, que demora entre 1 y 2 días hábiles según el código postal. Los precios de envío están incluidos dentro del coste del producto comprado.

International Delivery

We offer International Delivery options via UPS:

The shipping prices to the “Main European Countries”, those include Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, are €12,46 incl. VAT.

The shipping prices to the other European countries, including Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovak Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, and Sweden are 14,64 € incl. VAT.

The average delivery time will be between 2-5 business days.

We do not currently ship to any other countries outside of the European Union.

Returned Parcels

In the event your order is returned to us due to being unclaimed or an address issue, we will offer the choice of redelivery (fees may apply). If you choose to refuse your order at customs, we have the right to deduct return delivery costs from your refund where applicable.

 * Please note- delivery aims are an estimate and are in no way guaranteed. Shipping times can vary dependent on Customs Clearance and the postal service in the destination country. 

Delivery Time and Duration

Our products from the shop and our mystery boxes like mentioned before will be dispatched as soon as possible, however if we don’t have the current product or mystery box in stock just yet, the shipping could take between 2-17 working days. This is most likely only going to happen to certain items in the shop, this is because those items are bought separately from the mystery fragrances.
